Our work aligns with the Tanzanian Development Vision 2050 in that we also want to:
prioritise stakeholder participation
develop human capital beyond education
reduce inequality, and
promote equitable access to education and economic opportunities.
Our approach to development puts the community at the heart of the process
Through co-production methodologies we engage with a variety of community leaders and locally-led NGOs to learn about the challenges being faced, discuss potential solutions, deliver suitable interventions and monitor their impact. In this way the community is the owner of change.
